hey I just got back from wisconsin. Just rode for the first time in 6 weeks after breaking my collar bone. Kinda slow but I'll be riding alot faster soon. We'll definitely go ride now. Do you use facebook? Or maybe give me your number.

Just like other have said, try Red Wing. They just had a DH race there last weekend.

what gordanfreman said is totally true. i've ridden the Red Wing stuff a bit and it's pretty good, though short. it's pretty much xc, dj and very short dh in the mpls area.

No DH/FR trails like you're probably used to down in Utah, we simply don't have the elevation. I know there is a DH course in Red Wing, Minnesota that's probably the best in the area. Check out mfcmtb.com for the local DH/FR scene, and morcmtb.org for more XC riding. We've probably got 10+ nice XC trails within 30 minutes of Minneapolis, one within the city limits.
